HAND MADE:

Hand-made in my shop from the wood of a majestic magnolia Tree brought down by a storm. The Abalone inlay rim makes this bowl stand out! This piece shows the history of the tree it came from and the process of nature’s creation. It may include knots, checking, insect damage, and natural color changes in the grain. These natural features have been carefully stabilized and preserved to give this piece a unique character.

MAGNOLIA WOOD: The wood acquires its beautiful, intricate patterns of streaking and coloration via a natural process of nature. The wood has been dried and stabilized to prevent decay and preserve the beautiful coloration of the grain.

EASY CARE: Please be mindful to avoid exposure of the wood to prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, or excessive heat, which can cause problems. Should your bowl need cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water then towel dry. Not intended for use with the microwave, oven, freezer, or dishwasher. It will benefit from an application of olive oil or other natural oil from time to time to enhance the color and shine. When applying oil, wipe away any excess after about an hour.
